Boutique Entertainment Law Firm is seeking an Entertainment Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle various tasks and work on a variety of matters for film and television talent clients.
Principal Responsibilities:
• Handle a variety of administrative tasks including managing a heavy calendar
• Handle expense reporting
• Work closely and effectively with Attorneys
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality
• Screen and direct calls, manage emails, and correspond with talent and representatives of talent and studio executives
• Book travel arrangements
• Draft and send correspondence
• Perform other related duties as required
Required Experience and Skills:
• Minimum of five years of assistant or similar experience in Entertainment
• Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills
• Superb attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work proactively and independently
• Self-starter with ability to manage workload priorities in a timely manner
• Ability to manage attorney and client demands appropriately
• Experience at an agency, management company, law firm, studio or network preferred
