Assistant Job Description

ASSISTANT - Agent Assistant/Junior Agent - NY Talent Agency
*This is an in office position.

Please no actors, writers, or PA's.
Must be living in NY or Tri-State Area

Duties;
-Field calls, take and distribute messages
-Schedule appointments
-Enter new talent into an internal booking system (data entry)
-Maintain talent's chart with book out dates, options, and bookings
-Update and maintain current talent stats on various casting platforms
-Create and maintain online casting accounts (LA casting, Casting Frontier, Breakdown services)
• Diverse in all social media platforms

-Ability to work in a fast paced environment
-Excellent and effective communication
-Interest in entertainment (agency specific)
-Ability to work well with others
