Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant to support a busy Talent Manager/Producer. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced entertainment environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about the industry, resourceful, and eager to grow within the talent management and production space.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, industry professionals, and internal teams.
Assist in talent submissions, auditions, and project coordination.
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.
Research industry trends, potential clients, and upcoming opportunities.
Maintain and update talent rosters, project tracking sheets, and other essential databases.
Prepare materials for meetings, including scripts, contracts, and promotional content.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Support the Talent Manager/Producer with production-related tasks, as needed.
Assist with social media engagement and branding initiatives for talent.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in talent management, entertainment, or a related field preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and industry-specific software.
Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
A high level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with talent and industry executives.
Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
Passion for the entertainment industry and talent development.
