Entry level- Recent Grad Opportunity / Artist Manager Assistant / Full Time / 100% In-Office
Established entertainment management company is seeking a sharp and dynamic Assistant for their New York City office. This office is looking for a positive self-starter with a passionate desire to learn the inner workings of the Entertainment Industry, specifically client representation.
Essential Duties:
General administrative and office management responsibilities
Organizing remote and in person client/manager meetings
Working closely with casting offices and clients' agents/teams
Talent coordination and logistics (travel, auditions, meetings, fittings, awards ceremonies, etc)
Day to day office operations management (working with vendors, office supplies and general upkeep)
Reception coverage and rolling phone calls
Multi-task, manage time efficiently, and shift priorities quickly under pressure
Assist with daily operations and miscellaneous tasks/errands as needed
Getting to know and working closely with colleagues and clients & teams
Must be able to be present in the office everyday. This position does not offer a WFH option as it requires significant office management support
Requirements & Skills:
Previous internship(s) in casting, production, talent agency, or talent management
Bachelor's degree
Impeccable communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work amongst a small but mighty team
Extroverted and friendly demeanor
Impressive phone and email etiquette
Self starter / no job too small
See problems and solutions before they arise

Salary Range (depending on experience):
$20/hour - $25/hour
