We are looking for a Tour & Marketing Operations Assistant/Manager who can manage the fast-paced demands of live tours and social media engagement for a touring comedian and social media influencer. This role is perfect for someone who's self-motivated, resourceful, and can get things done with minimal direction. You'll oversee tour logistics, engage with audiences, handle on-the-go challenges, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, both on and off the road.
TOUR MANAGER Responsibilities:
On tour
Act as the primary point of contact for the artist, agency, and manager, both on-site and remotely.
Plan and coordinate all tour itineraries, handling communication with clubs and venues. Oversee show logistics and execution.
Prepare and distribute tour packets for team members.
Ensure merchandise is shipped, stocked, and available at each venue.
Capture tour moments through event recaps and photos.
Coordinate with all on-site contacts, vendors, and staff for setup, execution, and breakdown.
Research local destinations and suggest activities for free time.
Confirm all contacts in advance and handle check settlements and closing logistics.
Spearhead the development, promotion, and sale of branded merchandise at live comedy shows.
Create, curate, and manage compelling content across various social media platforms to entertain and engage the global healthcare community.
Develop promotional materials, flyers and content that resonates with our audience.
Take initiative in resolving unexpected challenges, ensuring a seamless experience for all involved.
Serve as the positive, go-to presence for the show-connecting with the audience, managing the green room, and overseeing merch with energy and professionalism.
Off tour as needed
Support the creative producer by gathering materials, organizing resources, and handling logistics for content creation.
Coordinate appointments, personal tasks, and reminders to streamline day-to-day activities.
Handle various personal errands on and off tour.
Ensure home office and common areas are tidy, stocked, and organized for efficient workflow.
Field emails, calls, and other communications, acting as a gatekeeper when needed.
Assist in planning and organizing personal events or gatherings, handling logistics and RSVPs.
Book flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for upcoming trips.
Keep an updated list of priorities and tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and nothing slips through the cracks.
Assist with any daily personal routines or preferences to optimize productivity and well-being.
You Are:

Experienced in tour management, operations, or personal assistance, with a proven ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
Organized, adaptable, and capable of managing complex tasks in fast-paced environments.
A strong communicator, able to build rapport with audiences, venue staff, and team members.
Tech-savvy, comfortable with social media platforms, and skilled in creating engaging content.

Available for travel as needed, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and hours.
