A leading global streaming entertainment company is seeking an Awards Department Coordinator to provide essential administrative and organizational support to the Awards team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage department calendars, tracking and updating third-party deadlines and events.
• Coordinate agendas and schedule regular internal and external meetings for the Awards team.
• Process credit card expense reports.
• Maintain up-to-date department contacts and distribution lists.
• Process invoices for the Awards department and assist with coordinating talent grooming, glam, and styling for award opportunities.
• Research network and program award statistics, collaborating with the Awards team to accurately record entries, nominations, and wins.
• Collect and distribute vital information and documents, including award organization rules, internal programming details, and department records.
• Archive important documents and correspondence.
• Support departmental events, including ceremonies and campaign activities.
• Undertake special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented.
• Proactive with strong time management skills, able to handle multiple overlapping tasks independently.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible to work long hours and weekends as needed, with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Bachelor's Degree or 1-2 years in an introductory role in publicity or awards within the entertainment sector.
