Booking Agent for Live Stream Entertainment Company

Job description:
We are seeking a motivated and detailed oriented full-time, in-house booking/talent agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the entertainment industry, with a natural ability for recognizing talent with unique artistry and their strong financial opportunities based on connection to their fan base.

Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential talent for booking Livestream Events.
Negotiate contracts and booking terms with artists and agent.
Coordinate with marketing and production teams to ensure seamless event execution and financial success. Build and maintain relationships with talent, agencies, and industry professionals.

Qualifications:
Experienced with booking a variety of music acts daytime/nighttime programming.
Experienced working closely with record label and artist relations.
Proven experience as a Booking/Talent Agent or in a similar role within the entertainment industry, crossing multiple genres.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A network of contacts within the entertainment industry is a plus.
Familiarity with virtual events and livestream platforms.
High-level understanding of the finance of booking events.
Knowledge of commerce surrounding various Artist levels and events
