Bilingual Bookkeeper for Talent Agency

We are looking for a Bilingual Bookkeeper, or Accounting with excellent Business Administrative and organization skills to join our Agency team. If you can speak Korean, Vietnamese, Japanese or Mandarin is a huge plus, you will be helping us manage all the booking paperwork and payment details for our Asian Models, Talents and Actors working within the Entertainment Industry.

The job details are as follow:

• Reconcile monthly bank statements on QB
• Keeping the accounting books clean at all time
• Inputting information on Quickbooks online
• Provide financial reports and prepare for monthly meetings
• Keeping our Accounting books organized by following the Accounting system
• Keeping up to date with Tax laws, news and changes
