About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chief of Staff to work closely with our company's founder. This is a unique opportunity for an individual who is passionate about the business of public relations but is not necessarily looking to become a celebrity publicist. Instead, this role focuses on the operational and strategic aspects of running a dynamic PR firm.'
The Chief of Staff will play a critical role in supporting the founder in daily operations, client service, team coordination, and business strategy. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent organizational skills, and possesses a strong ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the right-hand to the founder, managing day-to-day business operations and administrative tasks
• Oversee internal workflows, ensuring efficiency and organization across all departments
• Serve as a liaison between the founder and clients, team members, and external partners
• Manage scheduling, meetings, and communication on behalf of the founder
• Coordinate and execute strategic projects to drive business growth
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Support the execution of client service deliverables and ensure quality control
• Oversee operational processes, contracts, and vendor relationships

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, public relations, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a similar operational, executive support, or strategic role
• Previous experience in entertainment, public relations, or media is a plus
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools
• Ability to maintain discretion and handle sensitive information appropriately
