What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a Client Trust Coordinator to join our Accounting team, supporting the financials of our roster of high-level entertainment clients.
Duties
• Process client payments
• Commission collections, generating invoices
• Data entry - maintain detailed client information
• Prepare payment mailings and bank deposits
• Interact with clients and their representatives ensuring clear, correct communication regarding the status of payments
• General filing as needed
• Other accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department as needed
Skills and Qualifications
• Strong attention to detail: analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and fast paced with accuracy
• Self-starter who can take responsibility and work independently
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required in order to work well with customers & vendors; strong people skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks as needed to accommodate changing department/company needs from day to day
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion
Education and Experience
• Prior entertainment work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and 10-key
Salary/Benefits
$25.00 - 32.50 per hour
