Full-Time Job Opportunity: Assistants and Junior Talent Agents
Join our established and respected talent agency as part of our dynamic and fast-paced Commercial team. We are looking for both Assistant and Junior Talent Agent positions, offering opportunities to work closely with top talent and gain valuable experience in the world of commercial representation.
About the Roles
Assistants:
Provide critical administrative and organizational support to senior agents and team members. This position is perfect for those with agency experience who are eager to develop their careers in talent representation.
Junior Talent Agents:
Partner closely with senior agents, build strong client relationships, and take a direct role in the success of our talent roster. This position is ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of experience at a talent agency, preferably with exposure to commercial representation.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
Assistant: At least 1 year of experience in a talent agency or similar environment.
Junior Agent: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a talent agency within commercial representation.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of trends and opportunities within the commercial industry is highly valued.
Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under tight deadlines.
Communication: Clear, professional, and confident communication skills are essential.
Drive: Motivated self-starters who can manage multiple priorities with efficiency and enthusiasm.
Work Environment
This position will work remotely for the foreseeable future. However, candidates must be flexible and available to work in-office as needed should circumstances change.
