We are a long-established talent agency with a thriving on-camera commercial department representing over 500 clients. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Commercial Talent Agent to join our dynamic team.
Key Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience working at a talent agency, talent management company, or casting office, focusing on commercials with a clear understanding of both union and non-union commercial contracts.
• Proven experience submitting actors through all major submission platforms, including LA Casting and Casting Frontier.
• Strong background in negotiating talent commercial contracts.
• Demonstrated success in talent recruitment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Highly motivated and a team player.
• Comfortable working remotely, with the possibility of a hybrid arrangement.
• Positive attitude and friendly personality.
• Outstanding references.
