IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
Highly driven, personable, and detail-oriented.
Strong understanding of commercial casting, union/non-union work, and SAG-AFTRA commercial guidelines.
Solid relationships with commercial casting offices, particularly in LA and NYC markets.
Excellent communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Confident and proactive in pitching talent throughout the day.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2 years of experience at a talent agency or management company (commercial department experience strongly preferred).
Open to junior agents or senior assistants ready to step up, provided they have relevant experience.
Candidates with an existing client roster are highly valued.
