We are currently in search of a Commercial & Brand Partnerships Agent to generate music partnerships between Agency's artist roster and qualified brands.

Regular Tasks For This Role
Build and maintain a buyer base of global brands and marketing agencies to source, pitch and procure brand partnership opportunities for client roster
Actively pitch roster of clients to brands for partnership opportunities including, but not limited to, social media and online campaigns, television commercials, tour sponsorships, and full-scale endorsement deals
Manage and vet incoming client inquiries for brand partnership opportunities
Conduct research to find appropriate partners for each client based on core demographics
Manage all stages of the deal process from ideation through negotiation and execution with artist and brand teams
Coordinate client logistics for large-scale brand campaigns, tour sponsorships, and personal appearances by collaborating with brand and artist teams to ensure all deliverables are fulfilled
Research and identify new business opportunities by conducting strategic outreach
Develop, service and maintain relationships across all areas of the music industry, including artist clients, managers, attorneys, publicists, and record label representatives
Skills/Experience/Education
Previous experience working within the music business is preferred
Agency or in-house experience
Previous experience in negotiating music-related brand sponsorship deals, sync & licensing deals, or similar commercial partnership roles in the music space
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously that are deadline sensitive
An established network of brand and agency contacts to leverage
A solid understanding of the relationship between consumers and brands
Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Experience interpreting and evaluating client needs
Ability to source new opportunities, business needs, and solutions
