Convention Booking Agent

We are seeking a professional, dynamic and motivated Convention Booking Agent to join our team. As a key player in the Entertainment industry, you will be responsible for booking conventions and personal appearances for our talented roster of clients. If you have a passion for connecting people with opportunities and a knack for negotiation, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
• Research and identify potential convention and personal appearance opportunities
• Negotiate contracts and secure bookings by creating pitch packets for clients
• Coordinate logistics and details for each event
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal team members
• Attend events as on-site talent handler or arrange for an alternative liaison
• Travel including weekends required

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in convention booking and/or agency/management experience
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Existing relationships in the convention industry is a plus
• Knowledge of Anime/Interactive Games/Animated shows and the actors that voice them, preferred
