Job Title: Creative Producer for Content Creator and Stand-Up Comedian
Type: 1099 Employee
Minimum 20hrs+ per week
Role Overview:
As a Creative Producer, you'll be an essential part of a small, agile team where your contributions will directly shape our content across various platforms. You'll be hands-on from concept to final upload, making strategic decisions that ensure every piece of content aligns with our brand's mission and captivates our audience. This role requires a scrappy, resourceful approach to content creation, where creativity meets efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Edit and produce high-quality video content that highlights the intersection of healthcare, emergency room experiences, and cultural storytelling.
• Manage the complete video creation process, from initial concept through to final upload, ensuring all content is optimized for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Engage in strategic content planning sessions to align video production with brand objectives and audience interests.
• Continuously seek out new trends and best practices to keep our content fresh, engaging, and ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in video production with a strong portfolio showcasing your editing and creative skills.
• Expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
• Excellent strategic and conceptual skills with a keen understanding of what makes content engaging and shareable.
• Ability to thrive in a small team environment, wearing multiple hats and adapting quickly to changing needs.
• Experience working with influencer/social media content and shaping creative strategies.
Plus:
- Proven track record in building and leading creative teams for social media influencers.
- Experience working with or understanding emergency room dynamics.
- Familiarity with the experiences and challenges faced by nurses and healthcare workers.
