We are a music label and creative sync agency seeking a Creative Director/Social Media Manager to lead our creative vision and digital presence across all platforms. This role will involve developing and executing creative strategies for both our agency and label, ensuring that our brand identity is consistent, compelling, and aligned with our mission. You will also be responsible for managing our social media channels, driving engagement, and growing our online community. This is a part-time or freelance role with potential to grow into a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Creative Strategy: Develop and oversee the creative direction for the label / agency, ensuring alignment with our brand values and mission.
• Content Creation: Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging content across all digital platforms, including graphics, videos, and written materials.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, including content planning, posting, and community engagement.
• Campaign Development: Design and implement creative campaigns that promote our artists, projects, and initiatives.
• Brand Management: Ensure that all visual and written content consistently reflects our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our artists, sync team, and other departments to develop creative assets and strategies that support our overall objectives.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance and campaign effectiveness, providing regular reports and insights to guide future strategies.
• Trend Analysis: Stay current with industry trends and digital marketing best practices, continuously refining our approach to maximize engagement and impact.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Creative Director, Social Media Manager, or in a similar role within the music, entertainment, or creative industries.
• Strong understanding of brand development and digital marketing strategies.
• Expertise in content creation, including graphic design, video production, and copywriting.
• Proficiency with social media platforms and tools, as well as analytics and reporting software.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a creative and innovative mindset.
• Passion for music and a deep understanding of the music industry's dynamics.
