Job Title: Creative Liaison
Location: 100% Remote (US-based candidates only)
Part-Time Position

A freelance bicoastal commercial director is seeking a Creative Liaison for a 1:1 working relationship. This fully remote, part-time role is ideal for someone with experience in advertising who is highly organized and proactive. Flexible hours are available to accommodate your schedule.

Responsibilities:

Create and organize lists of advertising agencies and commercial production companies.
Research personnel at those companies to identify key contacts.
Cold-email contacts to introduce the commercial director, present their work, bio, and the opportunity to meet and connect.
Follow up with leads to build relationships and explore potential collaborations.

Requirements:

US-based candidates only.
Experience working in or with advertising agencies.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent written communication for personalized outreach emails.
Familiarity with Google Sheets, or other organizational software.
A college degree in entertainment, marketing, business, or similar is preferred.
