Job Posting: Day-to-Day Manager (Co-Management Role with Band & Management Team)

We are looking for a dynamic, highly organized Day-to-Day Manager to join our team in a co-management capacity, working closely between the band and management company. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about artist development, touring, and creative execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations and logistics for the band.
• Work closely with management to execute album production and release strategies.
• Assist in building and overseeing the creative and production team for the album.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to grow the band's online presence.
• Coordinate touring schedules, travel, and live performance logistics.
• Be available for travel and adaptable to an ever-changing schedule.

Qualifications:
• Strong experience and interest in social media engagement and audience growth.
• Ability to build and manage teams for album production and touring.
• Passion for live music, touring, and working directly with artists.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Prior experience in artist management, production, or tour management preferred.
