Job Description:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advertising funnels that convert, as well as managing and optimizing campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop strategies that drive traffic, increase conversions, and grow our customer base.
Responsibilities:
• Create, manage, and optimize effective advertising funnels to convert leads into customers.
• Develop and execute advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and funnel strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align advertising efforts with overall marketing goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and advertising.
• Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance to stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in creating and managing advertising funnels.
• Expertise in Facebook Ads and Google Ads platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant marketing software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with other social media advertising platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web development principles.
• Experience with email marketing and CRM tools.
