Search for Executive Assistant (Production Company) jobs in Los Angeles-CA
Staffing agency seeking a temp Executive Assistant for our client, a Production Company located in Los Angeles. This is an in-person role. All candidates must be local to Los Angeles. This is an in office, open-ended temp opportunity assisting 2 Film Executives.
Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
-Keeping phone logs
-Rolling calls
-Managing complex calendars
-Track phone and email correspondence
-Arranging travel, accommodations, and preparing detailed itineraries
-Preparing Expense Reports
-Taking detailed meeting notes
-Update, maintain, and track projects
-General office and administrative duties
-Special Projects and other duties as needed
Skills and Requirements:
-MUST have at least one year of Assistant desk experience at an Entertainment Talent Agency or Management Company.
-Bachelor's degree required
-MAC / PC Proficient
-Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook
-Highly organized and strong attention to detail
-An ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing, tracking information
-Professional
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Effective problem solver
-Must be highly organized and detail oriented
-Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Salary: Up to $25.00/hour DOE as a temp
