This is a Part Time Job
Basics
1. I am a long-time award-winning TV Director in the variety TV Space(i.e. Music, Comedy, Dance etc.) currently on a very successful long-running TV series. Additionally, my wife and I have a small production company where we develop a wide range of projects. Our long-time personal assistant is leaving so we are filling that position. One big note as you apply please do not start your cover letter with ''To Whom it May Concern,'' or variation on that theme. This only concerns me (Michael) my wife (Debra) and possibly our dog Kirby if you wish you can consider Kirby the ''Office Manager''... so Requirement 1: Love dogs.
2. This job will start part-time with the potential to morph into fulltime.
3.Very important that you realize this is first and foremost a personal assistant gig, secondarily you will also be involved in work projects on an as needed basis, but honestly if the personal assistant aspect is something you don't' want to do, please don't waste your time applying.
4.. Please write an interesting cover letter, resumes are lovely but in all honestly, I will get a much better peek at who you are with what you write me. Avoid being generic, feel free to express humor, irony, satire, but most of all be authentic.

YOU:
• Be incredibly organized
• Be friendly and funny… or at least laugh at my jokes even if you find them stale
• Quick Study
• Good Memory
• Obviously good on computers, apps, AI blah blah, you get it
• Write well
• Punctual
• Flexible with schedule and free to travel when needed.
• Be a very quick learner and problem solver.
• script coverage would be nice; Final Draft efficiency is an added bonus.
• Working knowledge of production and basic terms is a big plus.
• Great interest with content creation.
• French cooking... ok at least understand where to take out from.
Required:
• At least two jobs prior, or internships.
• Three references from people you worked for…, or dogs, preferably dogs…
-4 year college degree, some brilliant talented people never went to college that is fine, but tell me about your path if you didn't go to college.
• Passport, valid spotless driving record
• You will be given a level 3 background check, which I think is scarier than a level 2?
