About the Role: A well-known personality in the real estate and home renovation industry is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Intern to assist in managing their social media presence across various platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube. The role requires a hands-on approach to content creation, editing, and posting, ensuring an engaging and relatable online presence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation & Filming:
o Film and edit videos featuring the celebrity in various activities, including real estate projects, cooking sessions, family moments, and more.
o Develop engaging static posts and reels showcasing different facets of the celebrity's life.
• Social Media Management:
o Assist in managing and scheduling posts using social media management platforms like HootSuite.
o Monitor and engage with the audience, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
o Stay updated with current social media trends and suggest innovative content ideas to keep the audience engaged.
• Content Strategy & Analysis:
o Collaborate with the team to plan and execute a strategic content calendar.
o Analyze social media metrics to gauge content performance and adjust strategies accordingly to ensure continued growth and engagement.
o Provide insights and reports on content performance, audience engagement, and growth metrics.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Proficiency in using social media platforms, especially Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Experience with social media management tools like HootSuite.
• Basic knowledge of video editing software
• Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information:
• This is an in-person position to facilitate hands-on content creation and real-time collaboration.
