Job Description:
I am seeking a diligent, passionate, and detail-oriented intern who is enthusiastic about the entertainment industry. As a talent management intern, you will be immersed in the day-to-day operations of talent management, gaining hands-on management experience.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the initial screening and assessment of potential talent.
• Help manage and update talent portfolios and databases.
• Participate in client briefings and meetings.
• Conduct industry-specific research and compile reports.
• Engage in the preparation and follow-up of client meetings and auditions.
• Provide administrative support to the talent agents.
• Assist in the coordination of schedules and communication with talent and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program related to business, communications, or a relevant field in the Arts.
• Ability to take directions and multitask.
• Experience with casting websites is a plus.
• Strong interest in talent management, entertainment, and media.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong ability to learn new software and systems.
• Ability to maintain professional demeanor and confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
