Intern - Theatrical and/or Literary Management

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Internship Start Date/Season: ASAP
Time/Days Required: Flexible
Workplace Requirements: Hybrid preferred

For school credit only. Please be enrolled in school or plan to. UCLA and USC students highly desired.

Busy theatrical and literary manager, producer at a firm based in West Hollywood. 100% remote is an option but prefer an LA local to work hybrid. You can work as many hours you want but I need help at least 5-10hrs/week. Happy to work around your schedule.

What I need help with:
--Implement strategies to grow social media presence
--Scouting for potential clients (PRIORITY)
--Communication with current clients, casting directors, agents, producers, etc
--Date entry using Google workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.
--Reading scripts, script coverage, script development optional
--Attending networking events optional
--Ad hoc tasks
Skills a plus but not required: wordpress, photoshop, creative writing, Final Draft, Breakdown Services

You will NOT be expected to do all of these things. You can be pursuing any type of entertainment career. I have plenty of responsibilities you can be involved in that will be beneficial. No experience required-- just be motivated, adaptable, and have a sense of humor. Possible to move into a paid assistant position if desired but not a requirement for consideration.
