Position: Marketing Coordinator
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in promoting our comedy club through various marketing channels and ensuring smooth operations for our events.
Responsibilities:
-Manage customer service email accounts to address inquiries and feedback promptly.
-Maintain and optimize our Google ''My Business'' page to enhance online visibility and engagement.
-Ideate and create compelling content for email newsletters to engage our audience and promote upcoming events.
-Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience engagement.
-Collaborate with Google and Meta ads managers to optimize advertising campaigns and drive ticket sales.
-Oversee the production and distribution of in-venue marketing materials for multiple locations.
- Lead and manage in-house street team, providing weekly updates on lineups, changes, and ensuring they have necessary marketing materials.
- Coordinate weekly payments for street team members.
- Handle inbound event requests and maintain communications with clients and partners.
- Update and maintain our website with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Work closely with Programming Director to coordinate show lineups and ensure smooth execution of events.
- Be available for last-minute marketing requests, including weekends, and be onsite Tuesday to Friday from 11 AM to 5 PM.
- Liaise with showrunners to ensure shows run smoothly and address any concerns.
- Prepare weekly marketing reports including sales and analytics data.
- Engage with the community on social media platforms by responding to comments and messages once a week.
- Design show flyers and collaborate with graphic designers for specialty shows.
- Source photographers for select events to capture memorable moments.
- Cultivate and maintain partnerships with local hotels and businesses to enhance cross-promotional opportunities.
Conduct weekly lineup calendar audits to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Qualifications:
- Outgoing, personable, and organized individual with a creative mindset and a good sense of humor.
- Previous experience in marketing or related field preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in Canva
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with graphic design software is a plus.
