DESCRIPTION:
Boutique modeling agency based in New York is seeking a Booking Agent with past experience.
Our team focuses on a select number of models and their individual career paths. We strive to be a head of THE CURV.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
At least one - two years at a previous model agency
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to work in fast-paced environments
Ability to scout and find new faces
Individuals must be organized and have excellent interpersonal/effective written & verbal communication.
Sensitivity toward topics such as body image, disabilities, gender, etc.
Adaptable, self-motivated, good at prioritizing, and solution/results-driven

REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires a high school diploma and at least 1-2 years of experience in the entertainment industry as it relates to models and talent including previous booking agent experience; or any combination of experience and training which would provide the level of knowledge, skills, and ability required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in talent management and strategizing
Weekly check-ins
Attend events
Present models to new and existing clients
Submit models to casting directors and on breakdowns
Communicate with clients to confirm jobs
Build new agency relationships worldwide for model placement
Meet agency objectives and monthly income targets.
