Paralegal - Entertainment

Entertainment law firm seeking full-time paralegal. The position will report to several attorneys, and job duties will include drafting and revising agreements with attorney supervision, marking up documents, organizing precedent and conducting research as well as other miscellaneous projects as assigned. Must have strong academic credentials and excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a desire to learn contractual terms, guild rules and other substantive aspects of entertainment law practice. Qualified applicant will be highly organized, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities with minimal supervision. Prior paralegal experience in entertainment or corporate entertainment required.
