LOS ANGELES, Female celebrity in LA seeking a highly organized, proactive personal assistant to handle various tasks and ensure smooth personal and professional operations. The ideal candidate must be hands-on and able to be present in the Pasadena area, as this role requires in-person scheduling and managing day-to-day tasks. A big part of this job is also handling social media.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication - Managing text, calls, and emails efficiently.
Scheduling/Calendar Management - Keeping a very busy calendar organized and staying ahead of upcoming commitments.
Travel Coordination - Booking and coordinating monthly out-of-town travel.
Social Media Assistance - Supporting content creation, video editing, photography, and videography for social platforms (CapCut knowledge required).
Liaising - Coordinating between agencies, brands, and talent for streamlined communication.
Merch Sales & Shopify - Experience in sales strategy or website management is a plus.
Interpersonal Skills - Approachable, reliable, and able to ensure things run smoothly in-person during meetings, podcast recordings, photoshoots, etc.
While experience in all areas is preferred, we prioritize a go-getter attitude and strong interpersonal skills. Prior Personal assistant experience to a celebrity or someone in the entertainment business is a must.
This is a part-time position (typically 30 hours or less per week). Pay rate is hourly $35/hr. A reliable car and the ability to drive are required. Being located in the Pasadena area is a huge plus.
