Personal Assistant to Actor/Producer

a candidate who can manage the personal and professional needs of a public figure. Looking for someone who can handle multiple projects at once and can represent the principle in a professional, respectful manner. Ideally this person is a seasoned personal assistant, having worked for other notable households and enjoys the role. It is preferable to have this candidate live in or near Santa Barbara, but Los Angeles is also an option. The role would be hybrid in person and WFH. The hours can vary, pending if there is travel for a project, but typically 40 hours a week. A laptop will be provided and gas mileage for errands will be reimbursed.

Personal duties include, but not limited to:
• scheduling fitness, wellness, doctor and other personal appointments
• coordinating between multiple family households and children's schedules
• managing international properties, service providers and tenants

Professional duties include, but not limited to:
• scheduling meetings alongside the principal's production company
• scheduling business meetings not related to production ie. Investment opportunities
• keeping an up to date calendar
• traveling for work (living away from LA/Santa Barbara for extended periods of time)
• travel coordination and booking
• visa management
• supporting with social media and behind the scenes photos while working
