Job Title: Personal Assistant to High-Profile Digital Media Influencer

Location: Hybrid with Travel

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and creative Personal Assistant to support a leading digital media influencer with an established online presence. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and can manage a diverse range of responsibilities, including day-to-day operations, scheduling, travel arrangements, and content coordination. You'll work closely with the influencer and their team to keep everything running smoothly and help them stay focused on creating impactful content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calendar Management: Coordinate a complex schedule across time zones, including content shoots, meetings, brand partnerships, events, and personal appointments.
• Travel Coordination: Plan and book travel arrangements, ensuring seamless logistics for domestic and international travel.
• Content Coordination: Collaborate with the influencer and their creative team on content schedules, brand requirements, and project timelines.
• Communication: Serve as a gatekeeper for communications, handling emails, messages, and inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
• Personal Support: Handle ad-hoc personal tasks such as researching products, purchasing items, running errands, and managing personal projects.
• Social Media Assistance: Support with basic social media tasks, including scheduling posts, community management, and monitoring trends (as needed).
• House Upkeep : Assist in organizing house, keeping clean, fixing things, make sure flow of house is smooth. Opening and returning packages. Running errands

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role supporting high-profile individuals, particularly in digital media, entertainment, or a creative field.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and influencer marketing.
• Flexible schedule with availability on weekends or evenings as needed.
• Ability to adapt quickly and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel with the influencer.
