Personal Assistant

This is a Part Time Job

LA based assistant needed on and off the road for a headlining touring musician. Position would start ASAP.

No experience needed, but must have these qualities:

- - Calm, kind attitude towards everyone to keep things positive
- - Remain professional around celebrities, not act like a fan or approach people for networking opportunities
- - Great with organizing schedules, updating calendars, and updating artist who never checks calendars
- - Research restaurant options, send menus to artist and management, and make reservations
- - Have valid passport or just a clean record and no issues crossing boarders and we will get you the passport
• Legally able to work in USA
• Have a car and be based in Los Angeles
- - Assist with artist at their home on west side of LA (coordinate cleaning staff, home repairs)
• Assist at misc work and personal events around LA and abroad (acting gigs, modeling shoots, concerts, promo)
- - Help with packing/unpacking for trips
- - Coordinating gym sessions with trainer
- - Work with tour manager to work out tour day schedule
• Schedule vocal warmups with vocal coach before shows
- - Work with management to help with overall day-to-day needs and communication

Someone who wants to get into music management is a plus! Room to grow over time with the right fit, we would love someone in it for the long hall and plan on making this a full-time position soon. Must be ok with a good amount of travel too.?
