Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned, detail-oriented, and discreet Personal Assistant to support a
high profile artist in managing their personal and professional life. Ideally this person is
already based in Miami and/or Los Angeles. This person will be adept in working under
minimal direction, highly confidential situations, works well under pressure and is a seasoned
Multi-tasker.
This role requires flexibility, strong organizational skills, and an ability to manage
multiple tasks at once. The PA should be highly proactive and capable of anticipating
the artist's needs while maintaining a professional relationship.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Schedule Management
• Booking and organizing appointments (studio sessions, personal appointments, meetings, rehearsals, interviews,
etc.).
• Maintaining the artist's calendar and ensuring they adhere to deadlines and engagements.
• Ensuring time management, minimizing conflicts, and prioritizing tasks.
2. Travel and Logistics Management
• Travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation, etc.), especially for tours and
performances. Experience booking private travel accommodations necessary.
• Ensuring smooth transitions between various destinations, providing the artist with what
they need during travel.
3. Communication Liaison
• Acting as the intermediary between the artist and management, agents, clients, vendors,
etc. when appropriate.
4. Event Planning and Coordination
• Coordinating events such as album releases, promotional events, concerts, and
parties.
• Handling logistics for events, including venue selection, invitations, and guest lists.
• Managing VIP access and ensuring the artist's needs are met during events.
5. Personal and Daily Task
• Run errands, personal shopping, handle all online orders and returns, providing receipt
reports and expenses to business managers weekly.
• Managing personal appointments (health, grooming and family-related
appointments).
• Maintaining household tasks (if applicable, ensuring home upkeep, deliveries, etc.).
6. Financial Management
• Tracking expenses for the artist's activities, including travel and event-related
Costs.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a personal assistant, preferably in a creative
or a high-profile environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
effectively.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
quickly.
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in managing digital calendars, smart home devices,
social media platforms and apps.
• Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive matters.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a calm demeanor and proactive approach.
• Availability to travel frequently and provide flexible hours as needed.

• Able to travel frequently domestically and internationally
• Must have access to a reliable vehicle
