As Project Manager, you will report to the Manager, Content Platform. You will be responsible for supporting a variety of initiatives across the Content Publishing pipeline. From building and managing implementation timelines to facilitating effective meetings with users and stakeholders, you will be an active contributor to building and maintaining a high-functioning development team.
Responsibilities:
Support internal processes; help to refine and implement work streams across teams and channels to increase efficiency and enable communication.
Conduct regular sprint planning rituals in line with the development of internal tools.
Provide planning, schedule and milestone tracking for projects related to the development of databases and tools.
Support ongoing feature planning for the publishing database.
Maintain database workflow documentation & training materials.
Educate global and regional teams on best practices, tools, and processes to manage data inline with the rest of the organization.
Onboard and support new users into Database.
Participate in a support capacity in work streams centered on user satisfaction, requirement gathering, and KPIs.
Support aspects of the product development process from ideation, execution, launch, and post-launch.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience.
Expertise with Project Management tools/databases (ie. Airtable) and DAMs (ie. Iconik) for management, tracking, and archiving.
Comprehensive knowledge of the content creation process and demonstrable experience.
Experience working directly with product teams.
S-tier attention to detail and note-taking skills.
Level-headed approach to change management, conflict resolution and patience through the fluctuating creative development process.
Flexibility working with multiple products with a consistent production approach.
Desired Qualifications:
PMP, Agile certs or equivalent
