Entertainment Staffing Agency is looking for a Temp/Temp to hire Front Desk Receptionist for their client a top entertainment company. This is an in-person role. All candidates must be local to Los Angeles.
Duties included but not limited to:
• Answering multi line phone system and logging calls
• Greeting guests, visitors, and clients
• Managing busy multiple calendars, including scheduling appointments and conference rooms
• Keeping a log of business contacts
• Data entry
• Tracking email correspondence
• General office, scanning, filing, archiving and other administrative duties
• Receipt and shipping of packages and mail
• Cover other desks as needed
• Invoice submittals
• Issue parking validations
• Help set up for company events
• Work with vendors set up and scheduling
• Drafting emails, documents, and memos
• Special projects and other duties as needed
Skills and requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• Must have prior experience working on Reception Desk (internships are counted)
• Highly Proficient in PC/Mac: MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Very Tech savvy
• Strong attention to detail
• Customer Service background
• Able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment with ever changing priorities
• Polished and professional
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent references
Salary: Up to $20.00 / hour as a Temp
Salary/Benefits
$19.50 - 20.00 per hour
