Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team on a commission-based structure. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive growth for company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the entertainment industry, a passion for sales, and a proven ability to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to secure new clients and partnerships within the entertainment industry.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for celebrity talent booking and brand partnerships.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns to promote company's services, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and content creation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brands, and industry professionals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and potential business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and refine company's value proposition and messaging.
• Track and report on sales and marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Represent company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Work closely with the CEO to align sales and marketing strategies with company goals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the entertainment or talent management industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of celebrity brand partnerships, talent booking, and entertainment consulting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and social media platforms.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for the entertainment industry and a keen awareness of current trends.
