Senior Commercial Agent

This is a Full Time Job

Salary: Commission with no base, but very aggressive split

Basic Job Tasks:
-Must have talent agency/management experience
-Great communication and multi-tasking a must
-Strong attention to detail and able to complete and stay on task
-Sign talent utilizing agency talent contracts
-Advise talent on their careers with the agency
-Submit daily on the top casting sites
-Promote the agency through word of mouth and maintain relationships with industry professionals
-File paperwork and contracts when signing new talent
-Answer and make phone calls to industry professionals in order to promote our talent and the agency
-Other duties as needed of a talent agent

Minimum Requirements/Skills:
-Minimum 2 year of agency Exp.
-Must be able to work in Pacific Time Zone
-Strong Computer Skills
-Strong established casting relationships
-Familiar with major casting services and pitching and negotiation skills
-High school diploma
-College preferred
-Must be able to pass a criminal background check
-Must be or able to become sub-franchised
