Top talent agency seeks Assistant for their NY Young Talent Division. MUST BE BASED IN NYC AREA - THIS IS AN IN-PERSON POSITION 4 DAYS A WEEK, REMOTE 1 DAY.

Seeking a detail oriented, organized, hardworking individual who has interest in the field of representation for arts & entertainment. This is not a CREATIVE position. There is a lot of clerical work, data entry, answering phones, scheduling, updating databases, etc. We need someone who will think ahead and want to go above and beyond.

1 year of assistant experience a plus but OK to train someone from the ground up.

We are a bi-coastal boutique office focusing on young performers ages 5-late 20s. We also have a busy print division representing child models from newborns to teens. Assistant would be covering two agents in the NY office. This is a very fast paced job with a heavy workload, busy days and big personalities. This is for someone who wants to work and wants their day to fly by.

You MUST be OK learning the youth print/modeling market. This is not strictly a theatrical or commercial position and you will be helping on all fronts (theatrical/commercial/print).

Our clients can be seen on popular series, films, on Broadway, national tours, commercials, and print campaigns.

We are a HIGH VOLUME office. We gets 100s of emails a day. Applicant should be a quicker learner, able to handle multi-tasking, very comfortable using a PC and outlook and WANTS TO WORK. Added plus if you're familiar with breakdowns, casting networks, castittalent.

This is not for someone who wants to sit around, there is never a dull moment. If you have a desire to be an agent or manager this is a great starting point for you and we hope to have someone join who has a passion for this side of the industry.
