High paced Talent Agency ( Film, TV, Commercials, Variety & Touring acts is looking for organized Personal assistant multi tasker.

Great at communications, computer skills prefer MAC Excel/ Microsoft/ Google docs/ Facebook, Social Media and PR, dealing with celebrity talent and talent, submissions, casting bookings ad touring shows. Need quiet worker ,quick to adapt, pleasant demeanor., good phone skills. Also need other organizational skills in organizing costume warehouse and production items for touring shows
Would like experience in the biz .Must have car and flexible with hours some weekends needed . part time 25 hours to full time a week

Additional Comments: over 35 years in the BIZ

Need to see resume / need to be local in LA area ,min wage.
