Key Responsibilities
Talent Management
Scout, identify, and sign emerging and established talent (actors, creators, crossover talent, etc.).
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, industry executives, and collaborators.
Serve as the primary point of contact for talent, handling career strategy, bookings, and negotiations.
Collaborate with casting directors, producers, and executives to secure talent opportunities in film, TV, digital, and branded content.
Oversee client schedules, contracts, and deal terms to ensure all obligations are met.
Literary Management
Source and cultivate relationships with up-and-coming and established writers, directors, and creators.
Oversee the development, packaging, and pitching of new IP (intellectual property) to studios, networks, and production companies.
Work closely with clients to shape and refine pitches, treatments, and creative materials.
Proactively seek out development opportunities for clients, including TV series, film projects, and digital content.
Collaborate with key industry contacts (agents, producers, studio executives, etc.) to identify opportunities for client placements and sales.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent or literary management, agency, or related entertainment industry roles.
Proven track record of client development and deal-making.
Exceptional knowledge of the entertainment landscape, including trends, key players, and market shifts.
Existing relationships with agents, casting directors, development executives, and studio/network buyers.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with an ability to manage high-profile relationships.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking abilities.
Passion for discovering and championing diverse voices and stories.
Preferred Skills
Experience with crossover talent from sports, music, or social media to film, TV, and digital platforms.
Familiarity with key industry tools and databases (i.e., Studio System, IMDb Pro, etc.).
A strong creative sensibility and understanding of what's marketable across platforms and formats.
Salary/Benefits
This position is commission-based with a generous split, and we are looking for representatives with an existing, working client list. Cover phone, office, emails.
