Job Opportunity: Talent Manager/Agent
100% Remote position

We are a reputable Bi-Coastal Talent Management Company with 25 years of experience in the industry, specializing in representing actors, models, singers, dancers, and influencers. We are currently seeking an experienced talent manager or agent to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued growth. Please note that we are O N L Y considering candidates with backgrounds from talent agencies or talent management companies.

This position is available immediately and involves close collaboration with our current clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate auditions for clients
• Present clients to key industry players including networks, studio agents, producers, and other influential stakeholders
• Maintain detailed client records
• Generate leads for new talent acquisition
• Foster regular communication with clients
• Participate in virtual staff meetings
• Familiarity with Breakdowns, Casting Networks (NY and LA), Casting Frontier (LA), Cast It, and Trello Board is essential
• Bring your own client portfolio; however, an existing roster will be available to help jumpstart commission earnings
• Work remotely

Qualifications:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an agent, manager, or assistant within a talent agency or management company
• Established relationships with industry professionals across Los Angeles, New York, and Atlanta including agents, directors, producers, and casting directors
• Comprehensive understanding of the entertainment industry landscape

Compensation:
This role does not offer a traditional salary structure. Managers will benefit from a 50/50 commission split on their efforts. We believe that your commitment and hard work in this role will directly influence your success and rewards.
