We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Vice President to join the leadership team . The Vice President will play a key role in business development, operational oversight, and strategic growth. Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with the CEO and President to develop and implement the company's strategic vision.
• Lead sales, marketing, and business development initiatives to secure new clients and partnerships.
• Oversee operational activities, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-profile clients, brands, and stakeholders.
• Represent the company at industry events to enhance visibility and attract opportunities.
• Mentor and manage department heads, fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Vice President, senior executive, or similar leadership role in entertainment or business management.
• Strong expertise in business development, sales, and marketing with a history of driving revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of celebrity talent booking, brand partnerships, and consulting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Entertainment Management (MBA preferred).
