Workplace Requirements:

Music and Entertainment Company looking for a passionate and driven Music Intern to become a part of our dynamic team. This internship provides a unique chance to gain practical experience across various sectors of the music and entertainment industry, working closely with artists, producers, and songwriters within our management and label roster.

Key Responsibilities:
* Discover emerging artists, producers, and songwriters for potential signings.
* Maintain a database of chart-topping producers and songwriters, and brainstorm collaboration opportunities for our roster.
* Identify new artists for potential collaborations with our producers.
* Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities for our artists.
* Analyze creative content and marketing strategies used by other artists.
* Organize and manage artist files and other documentation.
* Learn about the record-making process, music rights and deal negotiations.

Qualifications:
* A deep passion for music discovery and a wide-ranging musical taste.
* Basic knowledge of finding unsigned artists on social media, blogs, DSPs, etc.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines with strong organizational skills.
* Reliable and passionate about breaking into the entertainment industry.
* Ability to handle confidential information.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and social media platforms.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus (but not required):
* Experience with short-form video content editing.
* Adobe Suite experience (Photoshop, Illustrator).
