Women's Model Booker

Boutique modeling agency based in Los Angeles is seeking a Booking Agent for the Women's division with past experience and a roster of female models to bring with them.

Ourteam focuses on a select number of models and their individual career paths. We strive to be ahead of the curve and only represent the top up-and-coming talent in Los Angeles and representing jobs across the Southern California/West Coast market.

PLEASE NOTE: YOU WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU HAVE WORKED AT ANOTHER MODEL AGENCY IN THE PAST AND HAVE A ROSTER.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
At least one - two years at a previous model agency
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to work in fast-paced environments
Ability to scout and find new faces
Individuals must be organized and have excellent interpersonal/effective written & verbal communication.
Sensitivity toward topics such as body image, disabilities, gender, etc
Adaptable, self-motivated, good at prioritizing, and solution/results-driven

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up test shoots
Shoot and upload digitals
Build model books and portfolios
Assist in talent management and strategizing
Weekly check-ins
Attend events
Present models to new and existing clients
Submit models to casting directors and on breakdowns
Communicate with clients to confirm jobs
Build new agency relationships worldwide for model placement
Meet agency objectives and monthly income targets

REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires a high school diploma and at least 1-2 years of experience in the entertainment industry as it relates to models and talent including previous booking agent experience; or any combination of experience and training which would provide the level of knowledge, skills, and ability required.
