Youth & Young Adult Commercial Agent

This is a Full Time Job

We are an established licensed & bonded mid size talent agency looking to add agents to its Youth and Young Adult Division
Candidates should have TALENT MANAGEMENT, TALENT AGENT or CASTING experience.
This is very crucial as this would be mostly a telecommute position.

Looking for extremely aggressive agents that would produce a high volume of pitch calls and emails and be very diligent about breakdowns. Excellent written and oral communication skills are a MUST. Must be self-motivated, ambitious, brilliant, positive, a team player, highly social agent.

Required
Skilled in use of all relevant casting platforms
Previous talent management or agency experience is required.
Extremely aggressive and very diligent about breakdowns.
Strong pitching and scouting skills
Excellent integrity and work ethics
Excellent written & phone skills with strong attention to detail
Proven ability to work independently, collaboratively as part of a team, but also to defer to an employer when necessary
Must be self-motivated, ambitious, brilliant, positive, a team player, highly social agent
Must be organized and able to keep up to date all required paperwork, calendars, booking slips, etc.

This is perfect for a telecommute agent who has the history of working from home.

Experience working with name clients a plus.
