Are you a motivated self-starter with a passion for the arts, mental health, and learning the ins and outs of running a successful creative business? We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant Intern to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO of a top-rated podcast that explores the intersection of creativity, mental well-being, and community impact.
About Us: We are a groundbreaking podcast that promotes mental health awareness within the arts community. Our platform amplifies the voices of artists, creatives, and thought leaders, fostering conversations that matter. As we expand, we're looking for someone eager to learn and make an impact. Prior guests on the podcast include: Russell Brand, Jack Black, Clancy (Tyler, The Creator's Manager), Coodie & Chike (Emmy Winning Directors, Kanye West Documentary ''JeenYuhs'') Seano McFarland (Mike Tyson's Longtime Therapist) and Many More!
What You'll Do:
Support the CEO: Manage schedules, organize meetings, and help keep the CEO's day running smoothly.
Project Management: Assist in coordinating podcast episodes, special projects, and events.
Research & Analysis: Conduct research on topics relevant to the podcast and potential partnership opportunities.
Content Preparation: Help draft emails, prepare presentations, and create content for social media.
Operations & Administration: Handle administrative tasks, including note-taking, data entry, and other duties as needed.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-Oriented & Organized: You're good at juggling multiple tasks and managing time effectively.
Proactive Problem Solver: You're not afraid to take the initiative and propose solutions.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Google Workspace, project management tools, and social media platforms.
Passionate About Mental Health & The Arts: You're excited to be part of a mission-driven team that's making a difference.
