Senior Publicist

Conscious Hollywood, the LA-based talent department in Conscious Living PR is seeking a conscious senior level publicist who can network, sign new business, lead and support PR campaigns for entertainment-based clientele. The ideal candidate is experienced, resourceful, able to multitask and thrive both on their own and with the team, in a detail-oriented, fast-paced and remote work environment. The candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills, a four-year college degree and have a minimum of five years work experience in specifically entertainment public relations.

A brief summary of responsibilities for the candidate include:

* Handling the day-to-day for client accounts
* Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of key media targets and have strong industry and media relationships
* Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and travel as needed
* Press pitching and scheduling
* Networking and signing new talent to the agency
* Brainstorming PR ideas and develop campaigns with the talent team

This is an hourly position with signing bonuses and commission offered monthly depending on experience levels, network size and roster. Health and dental benefits, PTO and vacation offered.

Candidates must reside in the Los Angeles area.
