Assistant / Animation Development Assistant

Coral Studios, an emerging entertainment company with 21 IPs in development, is looking for a dedicated, organized, and proactive assistant to support our leadership and development team. This is an opportunity to work closely with industry professionals on groundbreaking animated and live-action projects.

Responsibilities:
Assist with project development tasks, research, and scheduling.
Handle general logistics, including managing calendars, meetings, and travel.
Coordinate communication between team members and external partners.
Organize and maintain project files and documentation.
Help streamline production-related workflows.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in the entertainment industry, especially animation.
Previous assistant or production experience is a plus.
