Assistant to Literary Agent

The Partner of a literary talent agency with 30 years of experience seeks a full-time assistant to provide administrative and operational support. This is a unique opportunity to grow in the industry while handling various aspects of the agency's operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Read and discuss client materials.
• Assist with strategy, submissions, and tracking.
• Handle invoicing and payment tracking.
• Confirm and schedule meetings.
• Manage client relations.
• Interact with producers, network executives, and studio executives.
• Gain hands-on experience in all facets of the business.
Requirements:
• Previous agency or management experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic and motivated to learn the business.
• Ability to handle diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment.
