This is a Full Time Job
Seeking an assistant for the theatrical department at the Daniel Hoff Agency (DHA)
(Agency or management experience preferred)
Must live in the Los Angeles Area!
Hybrid position (In office Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays)
Qualifications:
-Excellent interpersonal and problem resolution skills
-Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
-Detail-oriented and extremely organized
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
-Demonstrated passion for television, film and actors
-Desire to grow within the Entertainment Industry Media
-Excellent customer service skills
-Strong networking and communication skills, with an exceptional phone and email demeanor
-Positive attitude and sense of humor
Job Description/Responsibilities:
-Send, maintain and coordinate all auditions
-Edit, compress, and upload self-tape auditions
-Send closing information and check authorizations for bookings
-Manage book outs
-Manage FileMaker Database
-Cover submissions as needed
-Maintain Residual Reports
-Manage and compile onboarding paperwork for incoming clients
-Manage closing information document
-script coverage
